Message 1. over-inflate the tires, so you don't get flat spots. Ideally you should move the car, even a few feet, at least every few weeks. Don't remove the wheels and put the car on blocks: the suspension will get all f***ed up.
2. put some mothballs under the car and in the engine bay- this prevents mice and such from camping out in your car. If you have big pipes, stuff the tips with a rag for the same reason.
3. thoroughly wash, wax, and clean every part of the car before you store it.
4. i like to flush most, if not all of the fluids (oil, coolant, brake, tranny, diff) before and after storage. Maybe overkill, but I love my Z :-)
